Features

  • The Unloader eliminates the awkard lifting of doors and jambs out of the vertical door machine.

  • Doors are rolled from the door machine and tilted to a horizontal position. From there the doors can either be rolled directly to an assembly machine, assembly table or tilted upright and moved to a door cart.

  • Increases produciton of the vertical door machine by making it into a door line.

  • Helps reduce back related injuries and material damages from unnecessary material handling.

  • Unloader will easily handle heavy doors including solid core, MDF and doors with impact glass.
