Options

Single Pre-Drill Unit: The operator moves the Pre-drill Unit to each hinge location and the pilot holes are drilled simultaneously with the press of a button. This unit can be built for a 3-1/2", 4" or 4-1/2" hinge. Quick change heads are available to quickly switch between hinge sizes.  The Single Pre-Drill Unit is custom built to match your particular hinge and screws. Pre-drilling helps eliminate the door and jamb from splitting while applying the hinge screws.

 

Point to Point Pre-Drill System: Includes a pre-drill unit mounted to each router head. All pilot holes for hinges are automatically drilled in less than 5 seconds following the hinge routing process. This automatic process is CNC controlled and can be programmed for any hinge screw hole configuration. This option also will give you the ability to prep for square corner hinges, strike plates, deadbolt plates, and T strike plates.

 

Pistol Grip Screwfeeder:  Automatically feeds hinge screws to the tip of the screw gun.  Includes a quick change bowl for easily switching screw color or finish. Each screwfeeder is custom built to match your particular screw size and shape.

 

Four Shooter Hinge Applicator: The operator places a 4" hinge on the magnetic indexing fixture and aligns, and presses a button. The hinge applicator feeds all six screws and applies the hinge in approximately 6 seconds. This option saves the operator a tremendous amount of time and energy. The Four Shooter is custom built to match your particular hinge and screws. The Four Shooter comes with a quick dump hopper for easily changing screw colors or finish.

 

Automatic Hinge Application System:  Includes (4) Four Shooter Hinge Applicators that apply 3 or 4 half hinges at the same time. The operator places a 4" hinge on the magnetic indexing fixture and presses the start button. All 4 hinges are then applied simultaneously, saving the operator time and energy by eliminating the labor of applying each screw at a time. 

Internet Service Package and built in Wifi: This option allows the machine to be remotely accessed over the internet for troubleshooting and program adjustments.
 
Integrated Dust Collection System:  Integrated 3HP Dust Collector with auto start.
