Door Routing Equipment
The Swinger processes steel, wood and fiberglass exterior doors
for custom lites, lock and deadbolt bores, latch bores and faceplate
mortises. The heavy duty swing arm assembly allows processing
door sizes up to 4-0 x 8-0, and the template and door are securely
clamped at the ends to prevent damage. Quick change bore and routing
stops make set-up of lock and deadbolt easy.
Add the optional oscillating head to extend bit life.

The low cost Trimmer has the speed, precision and versatility
that has been needed in the industry for years.
Door Loaders
The door loader automatically picks up the top door from the
stack and places it on the infeed table and then moves the door
into any brand of horizontal door machine. Pneumatic operation
results in easy installation and low maintenance costs. Doors
are clamped from the ends to prevent damage. It will process up
to 8' doors without adjustments. Non-marking polyurethane drive
wheels feed door in either direction for processing.
