Auto Tilt Hinge Routers: Instantly switch between 0 & 3º.

Mortises flush hinges on both straight and double beveled

doors. (Standard machine is fixed at either straight or 3 degree)

 

New Double Face Bore: Additional lock bore unit is added so each door is bored

automatically from both sides. Boring the door from both sides results in a perfect bore 

and eliminates blowout or splitting. This option also eliminates the need to change backup 

blocks and allows bits to be used longer.

 

Deadbolt Bore: Automatically bores deadbolts on 6'8" & 8'0" doors.

 

7'0" Door: Includes hinge pattern, lock bore and deadbolt location for 7'0" doors.

 

Ball Catch Drills: Includes two complete units for boring the top of doors

for right or left hand ball catches. This is done during the normal cycle of the

machine to maintain the productivity of the door line.

 

Pre-Drill: Pre-drill unit moves to each hinge location and drill six 7/64" holes simultaneously

for a 3 1/2" hinge. Pre-drilling helps will eliminate the door and jamb from splitting while

applying the hinge screws. Units are also available for 4" & 4 1/2" hinges.

 

Pre-Drill System: All pilot holes for up to 4 hinges are drilled automatically following the hinge

routing in less than 5 seconds. This option ensures all doors are pre-drilled and it saves the operator time.

 

Screwfeeder: Automatically feeds hinge screws and includes a quick change bowl for easily switching screw color or finish. Each screwfeeder is custom built to match your particular screw size and shape.

 

Hinge Applicator: The operator places a 3 1/2" hinge on the magnetic indexing fixture and aligns, and presses a button. The hinge applicator feeds all six screws and applies the hinge in approximately 6 seconds. This option saves the operator a tremendous amount of time and energy. The hinge applicator is also available in an 8 shooter for 4" hinges. Both hinge applicators are custom built to match your particular hinge and screws. The hinge applicator comes with a quick dump bowl for easily changing screw color or finish.

 

Double Side Lock Boring: Drills the door from the top and bottom for a perfect bore everytime. This second drill unit breaks the skin and eliminates blowout or splintering normally associated with boring doors from one side only. This also eliminates the need for backup blocks all together.

 

Custom Lock Positioning: Digital integration for infinite lock and deadbolt locations.

 

Hi-Frequency Routers: Industrial grade routers that are quieter and last longer that the standard Bosch Routers. This option includes 4 hinge routers and 1 faceplate router.

 

Beveler/Sizer: Integrated sizing system works from the Marquise Touch Screen and includes an Automatic Buffer Table to maximize production. Adding this to the door line ensures that the width of all finished doors is exactly the same.

 

2 3/4" Backset: Instantly switch between 2 3/8" & 2 3/4" backset from the Touch Screen. The backup block does not even require changing. This option can also be used to switch back and forth between any two specified backsets.

 

Half Bore: Automatically machine for a closet pull or third deadbolt for apartment buildings.

 

Pass Thru Hinges: Mortise exterior doors for pass thru hinges.

 

Commercial Faceplate Mortise: Add a second faceplate size up 1 1/8" x 2 1/4".

 

Internet Service Package: This option allows the machine to be remotely accessed over the internet for troubleshooting.

 

Dust Collection System: 5 HP system with auto start.

 

CNC Deep Pocket Mortising: Special lock drill module for machining deep pockets and longer faceplate mortises. A hi-frequency router is controlled by cordinated motion and will machine any lock up to 4 3/4" deep and up to 10" long. This option is normally used in commercial doors and for European Locks.

CNC Hinge Routing:  Automatically adjust hinge locations anywhere along the door & jamb.  This option is very useful for door shops machining replacement doors or commercial door shops machining doors to match metal frames.
