Features

  • The Loader automatically picks the top door from a stack, lifts and then turns the door to a vertical position, ready to be fed into the vertical door machine.  The machine will accommadate a door stack of up to 51".

  • Increases the production of the vertical door machine by making it into a door line.

  • Helps reduce back related injuries and material damages from unnecessary material handling.

  • Loader will easily handle heavy doors, including solid core, MDF, and doors with impact glass.

  • The Backsaver Door Loader can be used with any brand of vertical door machine.

  • Will pick up heavy doors up to 2 1/4" thick with raised moulding on one or both sides.

  • The Loader can run in either manual or automatic cycle so a door is always.

Available Options

Floor Conveyors can be added to allow staging of multiple orders.
The Loader can be built reversed to be used as a stacker.
